A volcano glows behind your countdown.

Lava rolls down the slope in streams, and on the lake the crust breaks into glowing plates. Smoke rises, lit from below, and the air shimmers with heat. When chat gets going, everything glows brighter.

An arctic night that never looks the same.

Three curtains of light drift across the sky, with fine rays like a long exposure. Stars twinkle, the mountains stand out black and the lake mirrors it all with gentle ripples. Every alert grows an ice crystal.

Light falls through the glass in colour.

Columns of light in the colours of the glass pour through rose and lancet windows, dust floats inside them and coloured light pools on the floor. Alerts sound like organ and bell, and big moments burst into shards of stained glass.

Holography, smoked glass and refracted light.

A white beam hits a glass prism and fans out into a spectrum. Patterns of light drift across the background like on the floor of a pool, with fine colour fringes. Lettering and frames wear a foil in every colour of the rainbow.

Questions about VIP

Are the VIP designs included in Pro?

No. You buy VIP designs one at a time, for €4.99 each, one-time. That applies to everyone, Pro included. The 23 designs in Basic and Pro are not affected.

Do I need Pro for a VIP design?

No. With Basic you use the VIP design for every Basic scene: start, break, end, alerts, chat and labels. In-game, hype meter, goals and transitions are Pro features and wear the VIP design as soon as you have Pro.

When can I buy?

Soon. Purchasing is not open yet. The designs already run in the live demo on this page, so you can take your time looking at them.

Is that a video in the background?

No. Your graphics card renders the landscapes, the light and the lava live, frame by frame. That is why nothing repeats, and the scene reacts to your stream, for example to the hype meter.

Will it slow down my streaming PC?

Hardly. The graphics render at half resolution and at most 30 frames per second. If hardware acceleration is off for browser sources in OBS, GlowCast shows a lightweight version without real-time graphics.
