Withdrawal policy

This English version is a non-binding translation provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andorfer Webdesign, owner Andre Andorfer, Mozartstr. 11, 94060 Pocking, Germany, phone: +49 8531 1387471, email: kollaboration@andorfer-webdesign.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

GlowCast Premium (digital content): The right of withdrawal expires once we have begun delivering the license key after you have expressly consented to us beginning delivery before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by email) (Section 356(5) BGB, German Civil Code).

Custom Design: The Custom Design is made to your personal specifications. For the files created (digital content), the right of withdrawal expires under the same conditions as for GlowCast Premium (Section 356(5) BGB). Insofar as services are provided, the right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (Section 356(4) BGB).

We only begin before the end of the withdrawal period if you expressly request this when ordering. Without this declaration, we only begin after the withdrawal period has ended.
